When trying to smooth ganache on a contoured cake, going over it can quickly become excessive to get a smooth finish. Save yourself the hassle and cut a square out of the top of an oatmeal or shortening container!
The top is flexible unlike a regular smoother or offset spatula and best of all, you probably already have it in your house!
